A.Yes! We change the content every time. In fact, many of our attendees are “repeats” because they keep getting useful new information.

Q.How large is this group?
A.Our Practice-Building Intensives aren’t your typical training class. We keep the groups small so that we can allow plenty of hands-on work with each person.

Q.What is the refund policy?
A.You may cancel your ticket for a full refund until 6/8/17. Because of our commitment to the hotel, we are unable to allow refunds after this date.
After 6/8/17, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague at no charge, or you may apply the amount paid for your ticket to a future live event.
